The Myst is easier to surf than its sister board the Leaf. Board performance in small waves, the Myst keeps a good float thanks to its width. This allows for a large surface area and generates speed at the bottom turn. To control this speed and accentuate the maneuverability, an important lift has been designed on the exit rocker. A centered beam with a tight outline on the center tier that quickly tightens on the tail and nose coupled with relatively round rails, allowing good surfers to push hard and catch mistakes for more intermediate surfers. The Myst has a "single concave to double concave" in front of the fins and a large concave behind the center fin for more stability under the back foot when leaning.
