What types of delivery are available?
You can choose from the following delivery options:- Standard delivery: home delivery in 2-4 working days for surfboard orders.
- La Poste delivery: delivery in 3-4 working days within the European Union, valid only for accessories excluding surfboards for 9.00 €
- DHL express: delivery in 2-4 working days, available outside France and priced according to current rates.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, including the carrier tracking number.If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact customer service:

How do I change or add a delivery address?
Log in to your WYVE customer account, then click on the "My account" pictogram at the top right of the site.Then click on "View addresses" under "Account details", then on "Edit" to modify your address or on "Add a new address" to create a new one.
You can also choose to delete an address by clicking on "Delete".
Returns :
If you have changed your mind and no longer want your products, you have 14 days following receipt of the products. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Promotional gifts delivered with the products must also be returned to this address with this message by email or post:
"For the attention of HEXA, 4 rue du Lazaret, 64600 Anglet team@wyvesurf.com: I/we () hereby notify you () of my/our () withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the goods ()/provision of services () below: ordered on ()/received on (): name of consumer(s): address of consumer(s): signature of consumer(s) (only in the case of notification of this form on paper): date: () delete as appropriate. "
